Our office offers three different appointment types. They are: Virtual (Zoom), In-Person, and Phone Call. Please read the details of each appointment type below to make the best selection for your needs. Each appointment type may vary in availability.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

No professional services or advice will be provided at this scheduled meeting unless other arrangements have been made beforehand or if you are an existing client.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must call our office to cancel at 804-421-9550.
We ask for your patience as the meeting previous to yours may run a few minutes longer than expected. There is no guarantee that your meeting will begin at the exact time of your scheduled appointment.
If you select a virtual (Zoom) appointment: Upon logging into your meeting, you will be placed in a virtual waiting room until the previous meeting is completed.
Our office may record Zoom meetings or phone calls for quality assurance and training purposes. By participating in the call or Zoom meeting, you consent to such recording. If you have any concerns, please let us know prior to the start of the meeting.
Due to Virginia Board of Accountancy policy, we will not allow any participant into a Virtual or Conference call while operating a motor vehicle. If any participant is found to be operating a motor vehicle, our company will terminate the meeting immediately and charge a fee for any rescheduled or follow-up meeting.
